We ship our jewelry to locations within the United Kingdom and most international locations which Parcel Force can reach. No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, only £10.00 shipping fee for each order. However, it will be free shipping if the order is over ￡99 totally. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay. All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any problem. All Parcels will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered. Please ensure that you provide us with the proper and correct shipping address. The shipping address you provided MUST be a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses filled on our website. All delivery items will be sent by the "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please pay attention to track your parcel status online.
